Job Purpose
The Assistant General Manager Marketing supports the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth for Mayfair Housing projects across affordable, luxury, and super-luxury segments.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring effective campaign delivery, strong digital presence, brand consistency, and close coordination with sales, CRM, and external partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Execution
- Support the GM in developing and executing annual and project-level marketing strategies
- Conduct market research, micro-market analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and campaigns
- Support pricing, positioning, and product communication strategies
Campaign Planning & Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, On-ground)
- Ensure campaigns meet lead generation, conversion, and ROI targets
- Drive continuous improvement through performance tracking and optimization
- Coordinate campaign calendars across multiple projects
Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Lead execution of digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and portals
- Monitor digital KPIs such as traffic, engagement, CPL, and conversion rates
- Work with agencies to optimize performance marketing spends
- Drive website optimization, content effectiveness, and lead quality improvement
Brand Management & Communication
- Ensure adherence to Mayfair Housings brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Support PR, communication, and creative development for projects and corporate branding
- Coordinate with agencies for creatives, media planning, and execution
- Assist in brand audits and brand performance tracking
Sales & CRM Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and presales teams to enhance site-level customer experience
- Support sales enablement through collaterals, walkthroughs, and sales lounge branding
- Analyze sales funnel metrics to improve marketing effectiveness
- Coordinate with CRM teams for lead management and customer retention initiatives
Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct customer research, surveys, and feedback analysis
- Track competitor launches, pricing, inventory, and promotions
- Prepare market intelligence reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in target micro-markets
Budget & Vendor Management
- Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets
- Track spends, invoices, and ROI against approved budgets
- Coordinate with finance teams on forecasting and cost controls
- Manage agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality output
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support mentoring and development of marketing team members
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with sales, finance, construction, CRM, and leadership teams
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution teams
Innovation & Growth Initiatives
- Support new project launches and GTM strategies
- Test innovative marketing tools, platforms, and approaches
- Contribute ideas for improving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Support expansion into new markets and segments
