Job Description
AGM - Marketplace
This role is for a brand leader who can build, grow, and scale a category while standing tall as the face of marketing.
Brand Leadership:
- Own the brand positioning, architecture, tone of voice, and long-term brand equity
- Define and drive brand strategy aligned with business and category growth goals
- Be the custodian of brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
- Act as the confident face of marketing internally and externally
Category & Growth Ownership:
- Own category growth strategy across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
- Work closely with business, product, and sales teams to drive topline growth
- Use consumer insights, data, and market trends to unlock new growth opportunities
- Balance brand building with performance and revenue outcomes
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Lead integrated marketing planning across digital, offline, retail, partnerships, and media
- Own campaign ideation, execution, and performance tracking
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness of marketing spends
- Ensure marketing supports both short-term sales and long-term brand health
Content, Social & Copy:
- Set the content and storytelling direction for the brand
- Oversee social media strategy, growth, and engagement
- Guide copywriting across campaigns, packaging, digital assets, and retail
- Ensure content is insight-led, differentiated, and conversion-focused
Packaging & Visual Identity:
- Own packaging strategy and execution for lenses and related products
- Ensure packaging drives shelf impact, clarity, and premium brand perception
- Work with design, product, and regulatory teams to deliver best-in-class packaging
Visual Merchandising & Retail Sense:
- Bring strong VM sensibility across stores, kiosks, and retail formats
- Own in-store communication, displays, and brand visibility
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling from online to offline
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing brand and marketing teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, retail, and supply teams
- Present marketing strategy and performance confidently to leadership
What We Are Looking For:
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in brand and marketing leadership roles
- Experience in consumer brands, health, lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C preferred
- Proven track record of growing a category or brand at scale

- Deep understanding of core marketing fundamentals, not just content or social
- Excellent command over storytelling, copy, and creative judgment
- Strong growth orientation with comfort in data and performance metrics
