Assistant General Manager- Leasing

Key purpose of the job: The role is responsible for execution of business strategies and ensuring end to end management and operations of Leasing and Retail properties. The position is responsible for generating transaction revenue through leasing for the company by developing, maintaining and enhancing targeted client relationships. The role also necessitates knowledge of key real estate dynamics such as demand, supply, absorption, vacancy etc. and other related economic drivers of real estate.

Strategic

• Preparation and execution of business plans for leasing, developing and marketing Office Parks.
• Manage all key relationships with investors, real estate partners and clients.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
• Managing and retaining relationships with prospective clients and Partners will be a key function.

Operational

• Lead generation activities & identification of prospective clients.
• Provide budget re/forecast information to ensure that the budget realistically reflects projected leasing activity.
• Liaise with International Property Consultants, Approach key retail national and international brands for leasing of space, to ensure healthy pipeline of leads.
• Drive key client relationships & manage existing relations of the company formulate MIS Reports for the Management.
• Work closely with tenant representatives, attorneys, and brokers, following through to completion of the final lease document.
• Co-ordinate with various departments viz. Design, Legal, Project Management for various activities.
• Manage relationship with key retailers including providing support in resolution wherever required.
• Oversee the administration and integration of leasing and marketing functions in order to ensure improvement of the performance of tenants, tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of achieving target rental income and planned occupancy levels.

Internal: Leasing Head, Business Heads, Legal Team, Project Management Group, Marketing, Finance Team, Asset & Property Management Team

External: Consultants, Vendors, IPCs, Customers, Tenants, Tenant Representatives

Education & Experience Requirement:

B.E/B.Tech or any other degree qualification from a reputed university with proven track record in Strategy, Research, Business Development, Leasing roles with leading International Property Consultancy firms or Property Developers or Coworking and well-placed contacts with MNCs.
