About the Role

Latinum HR is hiring for a client for a senior-level business development position in Ahmedabad. The role is focused on oncology/B2B markets and requires experience in managing country-specific regulatory frameworks and driving strategic business growth. Candidates with experience being based in the respective country market will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage P&L for assigned markets
• Lead B2B business management, including partner and institutional relationships
• Drive out-licensing (primary focus) and in-licensing opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to the local market
• Lead local manufacturing and tech transfer initiatives ensuring commercial success
• Acquire new customers and retain existing strategic accounts
• Oversee local product registrations with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage new product launches, portfolio expansion, and basket optimization
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

Key Requirements

• 810+ years of experience in International Business in pharmaceuticals, preferably Oncology / B2B
• Must have experience based in and managing the respective country market
• Proven track record in out-licensing, partnerships, and deal-making
• Experience managing P&L and commercial performance
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning skills

• Exposure to highly regulated international markets
• Network within local pharmaceutical and regulatory ecosystems
