We Are Hiring: Senior Manager / AGM – Human Resource
Company: Vilas Javdekar Developers
Experience: 6–12years
Preferred: Real Estate Experience ( Male Candidate)
Location – East Pune
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end HR operations covering employee relations and performance management
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies. • Proactively manage employee grievances and drive resolution
• Partner with leadership on organizational development and manpower planning
• Strengthen HR governance while fostering a high-performance work culture
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of HR policies
• Proven experience in grievance handling and policy implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior real estate experience will be an added advantage
