What Youll Lead

Oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle from brief intake to execution-ready drawings.

Own the creative P&L optimize for quality, profitability, and timelines.

Directly manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, visualizers, and coordinators.

Drive innovation across material specs, sustainability, and tech-integrated design.

Champion internal alignment across design, ops, and project management.

Elevate Flipspaces design reputation by nurturing client relationships and delivering winning pitches.

You Bring

10+ years of interior design experience with at least 3 in leadership roles

Ability to run multiple projects across geographies and verticals

Deep knowledge of GFCs, materials, commercial costing, and vendor ecosystems

Exposure to team management, process optimization, and performance coaching

Data-backed thinking and the ability to build scalable systems
