Job role-Assistant General Manager (Client Service)
Experience- 8 to 15
Salary Bracket- upto 7LPA
Job description-
- Handling Listed / Unlisted company
- Unlisted Company Dematerialization, Master Correction, Signature verification.
- Listed Company Compliance Report, Weekly Reports, Quarterly Compliances
- Corporate action, Coordination, Postal ballet, Annual general meeting, Extra Ordinary generation meeting.
- Cross sell I Vote Service, VC (Video conference) Services.
- Dividends coordination for the dividend processing
- Handle walking shareholders grievances regarding physical shareholders.
- Handling team of client service executives.
- Guide the team whenever they need support to resolve the issues.
- Ensure the team provides timely service to the clients.
- Coordinate with the internal department (s) to resolve the client queries.
- Interact with the client constantly, to know the area of improvement
