Assistant General Manager Design from Retail Industry

• Collaborate with leasing, development, and design consultant teams.
• Prepare area statements, FSI & saleable area calculations, and project efficiency reports.
• Review and approve design consultant drawings and submittals.
• Track pre-construction timelines, design submissions, and building plan approvals to avoid delays.
• Coordinate and prepare architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Develop technical and coordinated GFC drawings for site execution.
• Create SketchUp models for internal discussions and management reviews.
• Prepare presentations using Photoshop.
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Pro, Google SketchUp, Revit, and Basic Excel.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, material specifications, and cost estimation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Documentation & Administration:

• Well-versed in documentation processes and administrative tasks.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Experience: 8 to 10 years in architectural design and project management
