Job Title: Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager - Collections (Subsequent Disbursements)

  • Location: Wakad / Kharadi
  • Vacancies: 3 Nos
  • Reports To: General Manager CRM

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Senior Manager (SM) to lead our Collections team in managing subsequent disbursements for property transactions. The AGM will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal requirements, facilitating seamless financial transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic real estate operations while mentoring and developing junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Disbursement Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process for subsequent disbursements related to property purchases, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with legal standards.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in disbursements.

2.Coordination with Stakeholders:

  • Manage and coordinate subsequent disbursements, ensuring timely approvals from relevant stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the disbursement process.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively regarding subsequent disbursements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of subsequent disbursements and prepare reports for management review to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Analyze disbursement trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

5. Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the disbursement processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are followed.

6. Team Development:

  • Train, mentor, and develop junior staff members in the Collections team to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in collections or finance, with a strong preference for candidates from the real estate sector.
  • In-depth understanding of financial disbursement processes and property transactions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collections software; familiarity with real estate management tools is a plus.
