Assistant General Manager

AGM Product Designing & Development - Electronic Security Products - 14+ Years - Mumbai

We are looking for a seasoned Technology Leader with 14+ years of experience in electronic product design and development, preferably within electronic security, IoT, or AI-driven products. The role will lead the Technology Cell and own end-to-end delivery across hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile platforms. This opportunity suits professionals with strong R&D leadership and a security-by-design mindset.

Responsibilities -

1. Leading end-to-end design, development, and delivery of electronic security products
2. Driving new product development across hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile platforms
3. Ensuring security-by-design principles across all technology layers
4. Managing and scaling internal R&D teams and external technology partners
5. Overseeing architecture decisions for AI-, IoT-, and cloud-enabled solutions
6. Ensuring adherence to electronic standards, certifications, and statutory compliance
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals

Requirements -

1. 14+ of experience in electronic product design and development
2. Strong exposure to hardware, embedded systems, firmware, cloud, and mobile applications
3. Experience working with AI, IoT, and electronic security products
4. Proven leadership in building and managing large R&D and design teams
5. Strong understanding of electronic standards, certifications, and compliance requirements
6. AWS or cloud exposure preferred (Developer, Cloud Practitioner, or Solution Architect)
