FlipSpaces Job Description Assistant General Manager - Business Development


We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to directly drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales execution.

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space.
  • Independently manage the sales lifecycle from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using FlipSpaces technology platform and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets as set by management.
  • Track, report, and forecast sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.


Educational Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing / Business Management preferred.
  • Strong academic record throughout education.


Work Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / real estate solutions / interior design solutions / corporate sales.
  • Proven track record of independently closing high-value deals.
  • Experience in working with channel partners and corporate clients preferred.


Functional Knowledge & Technical Ability

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and deal structuring.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.
