Role Description

The Assistant General Manager plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operational management at Aurum Senior & Assisted Living. This full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram includes responsibilities such as managing staff performance, ensuring high-quality service standards, and fostering strong relationships with residents and their families. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager oversees facility maintenance, coordinates with medical and caregiving teams, supervises administrative tasks, ensures compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and contributes to enhancing the overall resident experience.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to manage teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure high service standards.
  • Administrative and Organizational Skills: Expertise in managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to build connections with residents, families, and staff.
  • Healthcare and Senior Care Knowledge: Familiarity with senior living, healthcare practices, and day-to-day care for older adults.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Proven capability to resolve issues efficiently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; prior experience in senior living or healthcare management is preferred; proficiency in relevant software systems is an advantage.
