Role Overview:

The Regional Manager will lead corporate outreach activities in the assigned region and manage relationships with key organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build long-term partnerships with corporates in the region.
• Lead efforts to secure placement and internship opportunities.
• Organize corporate engagement initiatives such as industry interactions and networking events.
• Support and guide the outreach team in company engagement.
• Track and monitor regional placement targets.

3. Senior Regional Manager Strategic Industry Engagement

Role Overview:

The Senior Regional Manager will drive regional placement strategy and high-level corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop regional placement strategy to expand employer partnerships.
• Engage with CXOs, senior HR leaders, and industry associations.
• Establish strategic collaborations, MOUs, and partnerships with companies.
• Identify emerging sectors and new hiring opportunities.

4. Assistant Director Corporate Relations & Placements

Role Overview:

The Assistant Director will lead placement outreach for the region and drive institutional corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate outreach and placement strategy for the region.

• Expand the universitys corporate network nationally and internationally.
• Ensure placement targets are achieved across programs.
• Represent the university in industry forums, conferences, and corporate meetings.
