Assistant / Deputy Manager - Value Stream Quality (Chip - Power Tools Plant)

Job Description

• Drive preventive quality activities of the Value stream
• Support Value stream to ensure the quality standards are implemented and maintained
• Promote the quality culture in the value stream, initiate quality improvement projects
• Contribution to the preparation and improvement of quality planning of the product (PFMEA, Control Plan, etc)
• Contribution in solving customer complaints, product liability cases and participate in risk assessments
• Active contribution to the daily management/improvement of VS quality (e.g.failure analysis of rejected goods, PS in case of product audit)
• Analyze quality KPIs and initiate quality improvement activities and preparation of quality report.
• Project test plan creation with the engineering .
• Participate in quality gates discussion and release.
• Conducting internal process and system audits.

Qualifications

B.E Mechanical Engineering with min 7 yrs experience in plant quality functions.

Additional Information

• Experience in process and system audit.
• VDA 6.3 certified process auditor
• Problem solving tools and methodology like six sigma, Shainin
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 requirements
