Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Core Responsibilities

Costing :

Support calculation of product cost for NPIs, collaborate with BD Ops team
Support calculation of product cost for site transfers and impact on P&L, collaborate with SRO team
Track recoveries from third parties towards development costs, capex etc.
Support annual cost audit submission, provide required data and work with auditors and internal team for resolution of open points

Cross-functional support & Projects :

Drive initiatives to positively influence operating working capital and achieve financial goals
Work on projects relating to mitigation of external challenges, availing eligible Govt incentives, and subsidies. Work with CFS, SRO and Plan teams to collate and analyze data

QUALIFICATIONS :

Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 10+ years of experience
Ability to drive change amongst peers and senior leaders. Strong Business Partnering skills.
Sufficient accounting and compliance experience to set the tone to the overall organization
Visible passion for change management
Team player within a matrix organization design
