Role Overview:

• We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive engineering professionals who want to build a career in Operations Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, ISO Systems Implementation, and Process Improvement Consulting.
• The selected candidate will work closely with senior consultants and gain hands-on exposure to consulting assignments across multiple industries including process improvement, ISO implementation, productivity enhancement, operational audits, and implementation of best practices at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), presentations, reports, posters, and other operational documents based on inputs from senior consultants and clients.
• Support ISO system implementation, documentation, gap analysis, internal audits, and compliance activities.
• Collect and analyze operational data such as production output, rejection rates, sales performance, labor productivity, and energy consumption.
• Conduct Time & Motion Studies / Work Studies to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.
• Assist in conducting 5S, Energy, and Process Audits and prepare audit reports.
• Support senior consultants in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate with client teams and follow up regularly on implementation of improvement actions.
• Visit client locations across different industries for project implementation, data collection, and audit activities.
• Provide on-ground implementation support during consulting projects.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong documentation and report writing skills
• Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Ability to work on shop floors and interact with cross-functional teams

Travel Requirement (Important):

• This role involves frequent travel to client locations for consulting assignments and project implementation.
• Candidates should be comfortable travelling to client sites and working on manufacturing shop floors.
• Candidates must have a valid driving license.
• Candidates should own or have access to a two-wheeler for local travel.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• Internship or work experience of 3 months or more is desirable.
