Assistant Company Secretary

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Company Secretary to manage the statutory compliance and corporate governance for our group companies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in handling ROC filings, board secretarial matters, and maintaining rigorous corporate records.

Responsibilities

• ROC Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory E-forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, PAS-3, SH-7, etc.) with the Registrar of Companies.
• Meeting Management: End-to-end preparation of notices, agendas, and detailed Minutes of Meetings for Board, General, and Committee meetings.
• Corporate Governance: Maintain and update all Statutory Registers, Minute Books, and records for all group companies on a day-to-day basis.
• Liaising: Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless compliance.
• Advisory: Provide guidance on the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant corporate laws to ensure the group remains compliant with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Certification: Must be a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the ICSI.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate or consultancy environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and MCA21 portal.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage compliance for multiple entities simultaneously.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: Up to 6 LPA CTC (Based on experience)
