Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Chef for a full-time hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Chef will support the head chef in food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring excellence in service and product quality. This role involves maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, assisting in menu planning, and learning to execute unique culinary techniques. The individual will collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences tailored to various events and occasions.
Qualifications

Culinary skills, including knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
Ability to contribute to menu planning and adapt to diverse cuisines and dietary preferences
Strong organizational and time-management skills for inventory management and kitchen operations
Team collaboration skills and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
A passion for food and a willingness to learn and develop new culinary techniques
Formal culinary training or relevant experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
