Job Description Assistant Centre Manager

As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional experience for all members at The Circle.Work. Your role combines community management, operations, to drive both member satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end centre operations and community management to deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience
• Act as the face of the centre, building strong member relationships, handling escalations, and driving satisfaction, retention, and referrals
• Create and nurture a vibrant community by planning and executing regular engagement events, networking sessions, and collaborations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre including housekeeping, security, vendors, meeting rooms, and infrastructure readiness
• Manage member onboarding, daily coordination, and efficient space utilization across the centre
• Stay closely connected with the local market and competitor landscape to support positioning and growth of the centre
• Take complete ownership of the centre, running operations independently while upholding service and hospitality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 4 - 6 years of experience, preferably in the co-working industry
• Strong communication skills with Kannada proficiency mandatory
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle basic centre coordination independently
