About the Role

As an Assistant Category Manager, you will support category leadership in managing the product portfolio, pricing strategy, promotions, and sales performance to drive both topline and bottom-line growth.

Your work will directly impact how product categories evolve, perform, and connect with customers across retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Management

Manage a wide universe of high-quality luxury designs to deliver sales & profitability goals

Rationalize designs based on performance, contribution, and customer demand

Track competitive benchmarks, global luxury trends, pricing movements & design directions

Identify product gaps, new opportunities & refreshers using analytics, consumer insights & retail feedback

Handle full Product Lifecycle Management to ensure continuous portfolio growth

Pricing & Strategy

Assist in pricing across categories aligning with margin, competition & business goals

Retail Collaboration

Drive sell-through activities, retail incentives & merchandising improvements

Maintain store-wise performance dashboards & insights to support decision-making

Monitor planogram effectiveness and support visibility & sales alignment

Key Deliverables

Support in meeting topline & bottom-line targets for the category

Ensure the right product mix across all retail touchpoints

Maintain structured data repositories to enable data-driven decisions

Who We're Looking For

MBA or a degree from a reputed design institute

Strong coordination, communication & analytical skills

High learning agility and passion for luxury product categories
