The Role:

We're looking for a driven and graceful go-gettersomeone who can pitch with poise and close with confidence. As our Assistant Brand Manager Sales, youll be the face and voice of Body Trees guest amenity line in the world of luxury hospitality. From bespoke boutiquehotels in Keralato five-star resorts in Goa and beyond, youll open doors, spark meaningful conversations, and build enduring brand relationships

What Youll Do:

Lead with Storytelling: Present Body Trees clean beauty philosophy to hospitality decision-makers with compelling narratives.

Pitch with Purpose: Customize presentations for hotels, resorts, and boutique staysaligning their guest experience with our conscious formulations.

Negotiate with Grace: Handle commercial discussions with both flair and clarity, securing win-win deals.

Seal the Deal: Own the sales cyclefrom lead generation to final handshake.

Strategic Presence: Represent Body Tree at hospitality expos, wellness retreats, and sustainability forums.

Feedback Loop: Capture customer insights to inform product refinement and new opportunities.

Who You Are:

A persuasive communicator with an ear for listening and an eye for luxury.

Confident in approaching CXOs, General Managers, and Procurement Heads.

Equipped with 24 years of sales/BD experience, ideally in personal care, luxury, or hospitality.

Passionate about clean beauty, sustainable living, and mindful branding.

Able to travel and represent the brand in person when needed

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience working with hotel chains or hospitality vendors.

Understand formulation ingredients and can speak the language of spa professionals.

Can sip tea, close a deal, and pitch a philosophyall in one conversation.
