Assistant Bartender Key Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure guest orders are accurately taken and delivered in a timely manner.

Bar Operations

• Prepare garnishes, glassware, tools, and ingredients before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Restock liquor, mixers, ice, and other bar supplies throughout the shift.
• Support bartenders during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Beverage Preparation

• Mix simple drinks, mocktails, or pre-prepared beverages under the bartenders supervision.
• Ensure proper portion control and adherence to beverage standards.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and inform bartenders or supervisors when items need replenishment.
• Assist in monthly inventory counts and proper storage of materials.
