Key Roles &Responsibilities

  • To drive the Agency premium in the location for Health business
  • To monitor and drive Agency business of location through:
    • Agency Recruitment
    • Agent Activation
    • Agent Productivity
    • Agent Engagement Matrix
  • To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices
  • Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
  • Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
  • Driving renewals as per target


Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

  • Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing
  • Expert skills on MS office
  • Health Insurance domain knowledge


Key Requirements - Experience &Skills

  • Understanding of Agency business
  • Flair to drive sales teams
  • Hands on experience in managing large data and analytics
