Experience: 7-9 years in CRM or Real Estate Customer Management

Team Size: 4-6 members

This role is vital to streamline the registration journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and positive first impressions, which are foundational for long-term relation-building.

What Success Looks like in 1 year:

• 95% of registrations processed without errors or delays
• Customer satisfaction scores for registration process exceed 90%
• Reduced registration cycle time by 20%
• Established standardized registration protocols aligned with legal and compliance standards

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end registration process for all projects
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely documentation
• Build rapport with customers during registration, addressing queries proactively
• Develop and implement registration SOPs and process improvements
• Monitor registration metrics and report on process efficiencies
• Train and guide team members on registration procedures
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Must have experience (Non Negotiable):

• 8+ years in CRM or customer management in real estate/development firms
• Proven experience managing registration processes at scale
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of legal documentation and compliance procedures

Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):

• Familiarity with local property registration laws in Pune
• Experience with CRM software and automation tools
• Prior experience in process improvement methodologies
