**About the Role**
Markek International is expanding its CSR Impact Audit & Operations team. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can support CSR audit operations including baseline assessments, data collection, monitoring, impact audits, and reporting. This role is execution- and audit-focused and does not involve CSR project design or implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct baseline assessments, need assessments, and CSR audits
* Support CSR impact audits and outcome assessments
* Carry out field visits, beneficiary interactions, stakeholder interviews, and verification activities
* Manage primary data collection through surveys, interviews, FGDs, and observations
* Coordinate with NGOs, field investigators, and local partners for data collection
* Validate quantitative and qualitative data for accuracy and completeness
* Support basic data analysis and impact measurement activities
* Maintain audit working papers, evidence files, photographs, and documentation
* Draft and support baseline, monitoring, and impact assessment reports
* Assist in preparing client-ready, evidence-based CSR impact reports
* Coordinate with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, and internal stakeholders for audit execution

**Eligibility & Experience**
* 35 years of experience in CSR operations, social audits, impact assessment, M&E, or development sector roles
* Hands-on experience in baseline surveys, field audits, or impact evaluations
* Experience with NGOs, CSR consulting firms, research organizations, or development agencies preferred

**Educational Qualification**
* Masters degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Sociology, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields
* Strong field and audit experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
---
**Skills & Attributes**
* Strong interest in social impact and field-based work
* Willingness to travel for field audits and data collection
* Good documentation and report-writing skills
* Working knowledge of Excel and basic data tools
* High integrity and comfort working in an independent audit environment
