Job Role : Assembly Operator

Experience : 0-2 Years

Location : Kandivali West , Mumbai

Salary : 18k - 22k

Job Description

Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly as per the approved specifications.

Fits and fastens parts together using bolts, nuts, screws, rivets, or other adhesive devices with the use of hand tools and power-driven equipment, joins parts with clamps and jigs to prepare parts for assembly use

Double-check connections to ensure they match and record any discrepancies.

Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.

Read work-instructions and verify the parts required prior to assembly.

Accountable for adhering to and implementing all quality and safety guidelines.

Rotate through multiple stations in a shift to ensure maximum alertness and preparation.

Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation and calibration equipment.

Inform Assembly Line Leader of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.

Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.

Report unsafe practices/conditions to shift/team leader.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities for process and equipment. Helps to meet daily efficiencies by focused approach to performing tasks compliantly and safely according to procedure/process.
