Garden City Games Artist (ASO Artist)


Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven ASO Artist to support our User Acquisition (UA) and Marketing teams by designing high-performing creatives for App Store Optimization (ASO) and paid marketing campaigns.

This role requires a strong blend of visual design, marketing awareness, and performance optimization, focusing on improving store conversion rates and ad performance through compelling visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. ASO Creative Development

  • Design App Store and Google Play Store assets, including:
  • App icons, Screenshots, Feature graphics and Promotional store visuals
  • Optimize store creatives to improve install conversion rates.
  • Support A/B testing of ASO assets and iterate designs based on performance data.


2. UA Creative Production

  • Create static and motion creatives for paid user acquisition campaigns across:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads / UAC, TikTok and Other mobile ad networks
  • Design playable ad concepts, banners, and video thumbnails.
  • Collaborate with UA managers to test new creative concepts and messaging.


3. Creative Optimization

  • Analyze creative performance and iterate based on CTR, CPI, and conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated with mobile game advertising trends and competitor creatives.
  • Maintain a library of creative templates and marketing assets.


4. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with UA managers, marketing teams, and game teams to align creatives with game features and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with motion designers and content teams to develop high-quality marketing materials.
  • 1-3 years of experience in ASO design, performance marketing creatives, or mobile game marketing design.
  • Experience creating creatives for mobile games or mobile apps is strongly preferred.


Skills

  • Strong design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Basic After Effects or motion design knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of mobile marketing funnels and creative testing.
  • Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store ASO best practices.
  • Ability to design high-converting marketing creatives based on data insights.
  • Good knowledge of latest Generative AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Freepik etc.
