Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs/RFIs including delivery models, transformation roadmaps, and commercialsDevelop governance structures, staffing models, service levels, and enabling toolsDrive proposal defense, BAFO, and contract negotiation supportMaintain a win/down-selection rate of 60%+ and high utilization (>85%)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build differentiated value propositionsContribute to solutioning best practices and internal capability buildingYour Profile12+ years in IT services with strong solution architecture experience across technologiesExtensive presales experience in AMS and multi-tower outsourcingStrong understanding of estimation, pricing models, and commercial constructsBroad tech exposure: SAP, Custom Apps, Digital, GenAIFamiliarity with DevOps, SAFE Agile, and transformation frameworksExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPrior experience with MNCs or Tier-1 IT service providersCertifications like ITILv3, PMP, or PRINCE2 (preferred)
