We are looking for highly experienced ASIC SoC RTL Design engineers to join our growing global semiconductor team and work on cutting-edge designs.

Experience:

6 to 30+ Years

Locations:

India Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune & Ahmedabad

USA San Jose (Bay Area) & Austin

Eligibility (USA): U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders)

Role Overview:

As a key contributor, you will define and implement microarchitecture for complex SoC designs, solve challenging RTL problems, and collaborate across design, verification, and physical design teams to deliver high-performance, power-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop microarchitecture specifications for complex SoCs
• Lead RTL design & implementation using Verilog / SystemVerilog (PPA-driven)
• Collaborate with architects, DV, and PD teams for seamless execution
• Perform design trade-off analysis for performance, power & functionality
• Develop design methodologies to improve quality and efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
• Participate in design reviews and ensure milestone delivery

Qualifications:

• Min 6+ years of hands-on experience in RTL design & microarchitecture
• Strong expertise in Verilog / SystemVerilog and logic synthesis
• Experience in pipelining, caching & memory subsystem design
• Knowledge of low-power techniques (clock gating, power gating, multi-Vt)
• Familiarity with advanced nodes (FinFET, multi-patterning)
• Scripting skills in Tcl / Python / Perl
• Strong problem-solving, communication & leadership skills
