Responsibilities:
- Perimeter: Workstations, Helpdesk
- As Corporate reference center, define Group and Regional standards on specific topics in line with the Center of Excellence direction.
- Manage Desktop as a Service , Thinclients
- Internal IT Quality Tool (e-VIQCT)
- Deploy Group and Regional infrastructure standards in all sites.
- Facilitate synergies between the different regions.
- Consolidate expertise,manage and train the Endpoint team
- Manage high complexity problems not treated by Helpdesk
- Interact with vendor expert teams.
- Select and manage Regional outsourcers.
- Define & ensure different levels of service.
- Promote innovation at Regional level.
- Drive regional and country projects
Past experience
A minimum of ten years of prior IT experience and a robust technical background (e.g., a Master's degree in Computer Science) are required.
Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and lead intricate, multi-site and/or multi-country projects, ensuring efficient execution and superior quality outcomes.
Skillset
You must have high autonomy, a good understanding of underlying IT concepts, strong motivation to learn, and resourcefulness in proposing adequate solutions to complex problems.

- Supplier management
- Project management
- Budget creation and follow-up
- Reporting and communication with internal customers
- Fluent English (Toeic 785 or similar level)
Required technical skills (similar competing technologies also accepted):
- Help Desk management (Processes, ITIL, Incident, Problem, SLA, Continuous Improvement)
- Imaging, software deployment, inventory and asset management (Altiris)
- Endpoint (Laptop, Desktop, Tablets, Thin Clients) hardware
- Printing (copiers, multifunction devices, ...)
- Remote control / Remote Access (Beyond Trust, Ivanti VPN)
- Ticketing Tool (Jira, EaziBI, possibly ServiceNow)
- Automation Scripting (Powershell)
- VDI (DaaS - Workspot)
- Computer Backup (Commvault)
- Active Directory, GPO
- File and print servers (Microsoft)
- Remote Desktop Services (Thin Clients)
- Anti virus (Trellix , Cortex XDR)
- Single sign-on solutions (Evidian)
