    • Incident/Change/Service request/Problem management.
    • Should have good knowledge of SDWAN Viptela, Aruba/Silver Peak SDWAN Professional, Aruba SDWAN Expert.
    • Should have knowledge of Security Firewalls (Palo-Alto) 
    • Should have ide of Zscaler, ZIA, ZPA .
    • Must have good knowledge of Routing on Cisco Devices, Aruba .
    • Good Knowledge on routing protocols OSPF, BGP,MPLS, QOS.
    • Should have good Knowledge on Switching.
    • Experience and understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and designs & troubleshooting.
    • Must have experience of configuring Policies on vManage, Orchestrator or equivalent to any other SDWAN technology
    • CCNP, JNCIP Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD-WAN Implementation certification must or equivalent to this.
    • Support in Designing Networks for new business requirements
    • Evaluating new products and performing POC’s for new implementations
    • Transformation Initiatives/ Network optimization activities
    • Service improvement discussions / negotiations with Vendors/ISP’s
    • Willing to work in 24X7 shift operation
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    • Should have knowledge on Wireless.
    • Having knowledge on Cloud, Proxy, Firewall, IPAM, SDN-ACI is preferable.
    • Analyse the business needs, define detailed requirements based on holistic datacentre, network / business requirements
    • Understand customer requirements, translate them into refined and detailed specification documents
