This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager based in Mumbai. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented individuals, managing client relationships, and developing personalized career strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining partnerships, planning projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the professional growth of the talent. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align goals and opportunities will also be a key aspect of the role.

• Talent acquisition, scouting, and recruitment experience
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and partnership management skills
• Ability to create career development strategies and manage talent portfolios
• Experience in contract negotiation and project planning
• Proven skills in communication, organization, and time management
• Proficiency in using industry-related tools and platforms
• Knowledge of the entertainment or creative industry is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
