The Internship

This isnt a coffee-fetching internship. Youll be part of real conversations, working on real campaigns, and getting a front-row seat to how talent management actually works.

Youll shadow senior managers, contribute to pitches and decks, help coordinate with stylists, PR, brands, and casting teams, and understand what it takes to manage actors in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry. One day you might be on a shoot set, the next you might be tracking deliverables for a live campaign.

We want curious minds, sharp communicators, people who understand culture and more importantly, people who are willing to do the work.

What Youll Be Doing

Assist in day-to-day management and communication for a roster of actors

Support managers in scheduling, shoot coordination, and campaign execution

Help draft pitch decks, brand proposals, and project briefs

Track ongoing deliverables, contracts, and timelines

Coordinate with stylists, PR teams, production houses, and platforms

Research trends in entertainment, fashion, brand partnerships, and pop culture

Stay alert, stay updated on whats casting, whats trending, whats new

What Were Looking For

Strong interest in talent management, casting, production, PR, or brand work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with fast turnarounds, WhatsApp follow-ups, and last-minute changes

Basic design, presentation, or research skills are a plus (think Canva, Keynote, Google Slides)

A good eye for talent, culture, storytelling, and style

Available to work full-time from our Mumbai office
