Job Description
Are you passionate about uncovering deep insights and using data to drive strategic marketing decisions? As a key member of our SEO & AI Search team, youll sit at the forefront of increasing organic search, AI visibility, and AI/LLM (Large Language Model) platform presence, driving performance across our Internation websites. You will develop and execute the technical strategy that ensures our Internation website, microsites and web content are optimised for both search engines and next-generation AI/LLM platforms. This role offers the chance to deepen your expertise in cutting-edge AI SEO (sometimes called Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) or Artificial Intelligence Optimisation (AIO), work with largescale property/microsite architecture. Youll also get to work with the latest SEO, data-analytics, AI and web-technology trends in the property sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, search/organic strategy, or marketing operations (preferably in real-estate).
- At least 1+ years hands-on experience building strategies directly targeting AI/LLM platforms or preparing content for machine-consumption (AI SEO).
- Technical background or experience in web development, programming, structured data/schema markup
- Experience with global websites, multi-region/multi-language content architecture.
- Strong analytical, presentation, stakeholder-management and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Define and drive the technical organic-search & AI-SEO strategy for global portfolio
- Develop and manage measurement frameworks for organic & AI visibility, traffic and lead generation.
- Identify new opportunities in search/AI channels (e.g., LLM indexing, voice search)
- Collaborate with sales teams on go-to-market (GTM) launches, and event promotions.
Technical Optimization & Execution
- Conduct technical SEO and AI-SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, structured data/schema, sitemap, mobile/UX, speed, web architecture).
- Define requirements for developers/UX/design teams to ensure websites follow best practice for organic + AI visibility.
- Work with content teams to ensure on-page, marketing content, guides and blogs are optimised for AI/LLM consumption (structured, rich data, clear entity relationships).
- Monitor and optimise for large language-model discovery and indexing (e.g., how does AI see your content).
- Use tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush (or equivalents) along with internal dashboards to surface insights, trends and opportunities.
- Define key-performance indicators (KPIs) for organic traffic, lead conversion, LLM-traffic, micro-site indexing, etc.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, and leadership.
- Track inclusivity, diversity and accessibility metrics related to content segments (especially international/multilingual content).
- Stay ahead of industry trendsAI-SEO, LLM indexing, generative search, schema evolutionand apply learnings proactively.

- Deep technical SEO + AI/LLM understanding (crawl/indexing, schema, rendering, entity relationships).
- Data-driven mindset: strong analytics, comfortable with dashboards, comfortable interpreting large data sets and deriving recommendations.

- Ability to work in a fast-moving, international marketing context with multiple regions/languages.
