Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Implementation & Solution Development

  • Conceptualize in collaboration with the functional leaders and Lead end-to-end implementation of AI/ML models: data preparation model selection integration testing scaling.
  • Deploy Generative AI solutions / Agentic AI (ChatGPT-like assistants, content generation tools, customer service LLMs, workflow automation, etc.) into business workflows.
  • Build and implement AI models for increasing efficiencies, reduce GTM for our B2C products, identify the emerging trends and tap into them
  • Implement AI-enabled solutions for business. Also across functional areas for planning & optimization

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with teams across Revenue, Editorial, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Product, HR, Finance and Strategy to identify use cases and identify the AI solutions for deployment.
  • Lead end to end deployment of the above and build a mechanism to measure impact of the solutions rolled out
  • Ensure regular updates on AI efforts across the board for the leadership team. .

3. Program & Project Management

  • Manage AI implementation roadmaps, sprint plans, vendor/partner coordination, and enterprise integration.
  • Create POCs and scale successful prototypes into production-grade solutions.
  • Define KPIs and track ROI of AI deployments across functions.
  • Ensure strong documentation, governance, model monitoring, and compliance.
  • Work with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, pipelines, and governance for AI workloads.

4. Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Conduct workshops to evangelize AI adoption across business units.
  • Train teams on GPT-based tools, automation platforms, and AI usage guidelines.
  • Influence leadership with insights, dashboards, and reports on AI impact.
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible AI guidelines, data privacy, and security standards.


Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts , LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and predictive modelling.
  • Past experience of implementing AI at scale for New Product Development, Efficiencies or LLM integration into business verticals
  • Hands-on experience with Python , ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and LLM frameworks (LangChain, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API).
  • Experience deploying chatbots, recommendation engines, or automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with ML Operations & practices
  • Knowledge of cloud AI services.



Business & Functional Skills

  • Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
  • Experience working with Revenue, Marketing, Strategy, Business Support or Operations teams.
  • Experience in Tech / Ecommerce /IT Services environments is preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Energetic, Analytical, structured, and outcome-driven.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Storytelling ability to present AI outcomes to senior management.


Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or Technology Management .
  • 59 years of total experience, with 36 years in AI/ML implementation .
  • Certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Generative AI are a plus.
