Role Description

MAVIP is building multiple AI-enabled platforms, products, and internal engines across GTM consulting, market intelligence, engagement tools, professional identity, and automation.

We are looking for an AI Specialist with deep, hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and scaling AI-based tools and products, not just experimentation or academic modeling.

This role will own AI architecture and execution across MAVIPs platforms, client solutions, and internal systemsworking closely with product, tech, data, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product & Platform Development

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven products, tools, and features across MAVIP platforms (e.g., research intelligence, engagement tools, automation engines).
• Translate business and GTM problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end AI lifecycle: data ingestion model design training deployment monitoring optimization.

Model Development & Engineering

• Develop and fine-tune models using:
• LLMs / NLP (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines)
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning where applicable)
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, audio, behavioral data, signals).
• Build AI APIs, microservices, and pipelines ready for production use.

Applied AI & Automation

• Create AI-powered automation for:
• Market research & insights (Veritm)
• Engagement & interaction tools (Praavi)
• Professional identity & verification systems (Grid)
• Internal GTM, content, analytics, and outreach workflows
• Integrate AI with existing platforms, CRMs, dashboards, and analytics systems.

Architecture, Scalability & Performance

• Design scalable AI architectures with cost efficiency, performance, and reliability in mind.
• Optimize inference costs, latency, and accuracy.
• Ensure models are production-ready, monitored, and continuously improved.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with:
• Product managers
• Full-stack developers
• Research & analytics teams
• Business & GTM stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers where needed and define AI best practices across MAVIP.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML-based products or platforms.
• Strong experience with:
• Python (mandatory)
• ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Proven experience with:
• LLMs, NLP pipelines, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG systems
• Model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Experience deploying models into production environments, not just notebooks.

Data & Engineering

• Strong understanding of:
• Data pipelines, feature engineering, model evaluation
• APIs, microservices, and cloud-based deployment
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with vector databases, data stores, and model monitoring tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI SaaS platforms or internal AI engines
• Exposure to:
• Market intelligence, analytics, or research platforms
• B2B technology or enterprise GTM use cases
• Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and governance.
• Startup or product-led environment experience.
