Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal AI Solution Architect with deep technical mastery and enterprise-level experience to architect, govern, and drive large-scale AI solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise combined with strategic ownership, technical governance, and the ability to influence architecture decisions across platforms and teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and define enterprise AI architecture strategy, standards, and best practices
• Design and govern end-to-end AI platforms including data ingestion, ML pipelines, model serving, application integration, and frontend experiences
• Architect scalable, secure, and highly available systems across cloud and hybrid environments
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and decision forums
• Translate complex business problems into AI-driven technical solutions
• Drive architecture governance, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and performance standards
• Partner with leadership to define AI roadmaps, modernization strategies, and long-term technical vision
• Remain hands-on for critical components, proof-of-concepts, and complex problem areas
• Ensure DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD best practices are embedded into delivery
• Act as the final technical authority for solution design and implementation

Advanced Technical Expertise

Full-Stack & Platform

• Expert-level experience in:
• Python and .NET for backend and AI services
• React or equivalent frameworks for enterprise-grade frontend architectures
• SQL & data modeling, performance tuning, and large-scale data systems
• Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and distributed systems

AI / Data / MLOps

• Strong experience in:
• Designing AI/ML pipelines (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
• Model lifecycle management, drift detection, and observability
• Integration of GenAI, LLMs, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience implementing MLOps frameworks for continuous model delivery
• Experience in AI Agents / Agentic Flows / MCPs

Cloud & DevOps

• Advanced knowledge of Azure architecture, including compute, storage, networking, and security
• Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and release governance
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity, and access management

Architectural Leadership & Governance

• Define and enforce architecture principles, reference architectures, and solution patterns
• Evaluate tools, frameworks, and platforms for enterprise adoption
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and programs
• Guide teams through architectural trade-offs and complex technical decisions
• Ensure technical debt management and long-term system sustainability

• 8+ years of overall experience in software engineering and architecture
• 5+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams
