Artificial Intelligence Lead

About Position:

We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead and manage AI-powered products from conception to deployment. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, product ownership, and cloud architecture. You'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including architecture design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Own and drive the complete product roadmap for AI-powered solutions
• Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines and solutions
• Develop and deploy AI models for production environments
• Make critical technical decisions that impact product direction and scalability
• Architect and manage AI solutions using AWS cloud services
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments
• Establish coding standards and best practices for AI development
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of experience with strong handson skills in Python, GenAI, and Agentic AI
• Solid understanding of AWS, SQL, and RESTful API development
• Ability to build MVPs using an agentic approach and select/implement the right tech stack
• Deep practical knowledge of databases, system design, and agenttoagent communication
• Capability to work with existing tech stack within the organization and extend it
• Strong applied experience (not theoretical) in building productionready AI solutions
