About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong computer science fundamentals and proven expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design, combined with hands-on experience integrating AI into modern web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design and implement scalable AI-powered features such as copilots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent search, and automation capabilities.
• Build robust end-to-end pipelines that process large-scale data with high reliability and low latency.
• Optimize models and workflows for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Platform Integration & Innovation

• Integrate AI services into digital platform ecosystems to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Translate research concepts into production-ready AI solutions.
• Continuously enhance platform capabilities through clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Collaboration & Problem Solving

• Work closely with product teams, researchers, and domain experts to define and deliver AI solutions.
• Solve complex engineering challenges balancing theoretical rigor with real-world constraints.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
• Hands-on experience in Applied AI & Machine Learning.
• Expertise in LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and full-stack solutions (MEAN stack preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of applied AI techniques such as recommendation systems, anomaly detection, and NLP.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) mandatory.
• Proven professional experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Experience working with industrial or enterprise-scale systems is a plus.
