Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Python

Job Description:

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer skilled in Python, NLP, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. You will develop and deploy AI/ML models, build scalable backend pipelines, and work on cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop RAG-based AI solutions, NLP models, and LLM pipelines.

Build scalable Python backend systems and APIs with clean, efficient code.

Implement MLOps practices including model monitoring, CI/CD, and retraining.

Work with Docker, cloud (AWS/GCP), microservices, and vector databases.

Collaborate with teams and mentor juniors where needed.

Requirements:

Strong Python skills, OOP, async patterns, and performance optimization.

Experience with AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, Transformers, and RAG architectures.

Familiarity with agentic AI tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

Experience with MLOps, Docker, FastAPI/Flask, ETL pipelines, and MongoDB.

Portfolio or GitHub showcasing AI/ML projects is a plus.
