Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Position: AI/ML Architect

Experience required: 5 to 12 years

Job location: PAN India (Hybrid mode)

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design:

• Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions tailored to financial services use cases such as fraud detection, risk scoring, customer analytics, and generative AI applications.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures integrating data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Select appropriate tools, frameworks, and platforms based on business and technical requirements.

Hands-On Development & PoCs:

• Independently build and validate complex PoCs to demonstrate feasibility and value of AI solutions.
• Rapidly prototype models and pipelines using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native services.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and compliance.

Implementation Support & Mentorship:

• Guide and mentor development teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment and monitoring of models.
• Foster best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5-12 years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in AI/GenAI/ML solutioning.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.).
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, RBI guidelines).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and generative AI
• Hands on engineering, problem solving and design thinking skill is must
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture is nice to have
