Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Summary

Develop AI capabilities that enable automated document scanning, employee identity validation, and workflow automation across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune LLM-based agents for document extraction and reasoning.
• Design workflows that match employee data across ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday.
• Develop classification, entity extraction, and document understanding models.
• Evaluate model accuracy and deploy AI pipelines to production.
• Implement guardrails, RAG, and prompt engineering for reliability.
• Work closely with backend and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills

• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI,etc.).
• Strong Python skills (Transformers, LangChain, Pydantic, FastAPI).
• Hands-on with OCR/document AI libraries (Azure Form Recognizer, Tesseract, AWS Textract).
• Knowledge of vector databases & embeddings (AI Search).
• Experience building RAG or agentic workflows.
• Understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI.
