Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with 35 years of experience to join our dynamic AI & Data Science team. You will work on building and operationalizing machine learning and AI models that power next-generation solutions in risk analytics, financial crime detection, model governance, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, domain experts, and product teams to design scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Responsibilities:

Model Development & Research:

• Design, develop, and validate ML/AI models for use cases such as anomaly detection, fraud detection, risk scoring, and predictive analytics.
• Research and prototype new algorithms to improve performance, robustness, and explainability.

Productionization

• Lead model deployment, monitoring, and scaling on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Integrate models into application pipelines and data workflows.

Data & Feature Engineering

• Work with large, complex datasets; perform cleaning, transformation, feature extraction, and feature selection.
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimize data pipelines.

Model Lifecycle & Governance

• Support model versioning, testing, validation, and documentation to meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Implement monitoring for model drift, performance degradation, and bias detection.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with domain experts in financial risk, AML, compliance, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Present insights, findings, and technical recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong 36 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or relevant data science roles.
• Strong command of Python and ML/AI libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven experience in building and deploying ML models in production.
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of data processing frameworks (e.g., SQL, Spark).
• AI/ML Expertise
• Solid understanding of statistical learning, supervised/unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
• Experience with model interpretability and explainability frameworks.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communicator capable of collaborating across technical and business teams.
