JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an AI Developer with strong expertise in Python and Generative AI to design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS SageMaker, and be comfortable building scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, etc.)
• Build agent-based workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
• Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, memory, and multi-step reasoning
• Deploy, fine-tune, and manage models on AWS SageMaker
• Build APIs and microservices for AI applications using Python
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost in production
• Integrate LLM solutions with existing enterprise applications
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model accuracy and safety
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions
