Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on AI Developer with deep expertise in AI and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to design, build, and deploy agentic applications . The role focuses on automating workflows, enhancing decision-making, and delivering intelligent user experiences across multiple domains such as HR, Finance, Healthcare, and Recruitment . You will develop autonomous agents powered by LLMs , integrated with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend and AI development
• Experience with Agentic Frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI , or similar
• Proficiency in at least one Cloud Platform and its GenAI services:
• AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Cognito, SageMaker, Inferentia)
• Azure (Azure OpenAI)
• GCP (Vertex AI)
• Proven experience in designing and building AI/ML systems , including:
• GenAI agents
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• LLM orchestration
• Experience with agent evaluation , scoring functions, and debugging tools
• Strong knowledge of containerization and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience integrating AI systems with MCP servers , APIs, and enterprise data sources
• Data Engineering experience with:
• Vector databases
• Graph databases
• Data ingestion pipelines
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA , and Responsible AI principles including bias mitigation and explainability

Preferred Skills

• AI/ML certifications from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic applications using LLMs and agentic frameworks
• Develop MCP-compatible servers and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms
• Fine-tune models and optimize agent workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Design and implement agent evaluation pipelines and scoring logic
• Conduct functional, regression, and adversarial testing of AI agents
• Implement observability dashboards , monitoring, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
• Participate in solution demos, technical walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions
