Required Skills

3+ years of backend development with AI integrations

Strong expertise in Python / Node.js

Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI Agents

Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering & Context Handling

Experience with vector databases & embeddings

Knowledge of API architecture, microservices, and cloud deployment

Key Responsibilities

Develop and integrate LLM-powered features into backend systems

Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

Build and manage AI agents / agentic workflows

Optimize backend performance for AI-heavy workloads

Implement token optimization strategies to reduce latency & cost

Apply advanced prompt engineering and context management

Build scalable API integrations with LLM providers

Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and performance tuning

Collaborate with frontend, product, and data teams for seamless AI deployment
