Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated AI/ML Jr Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models, as well as analysing large datasets to extract actionable insights. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI-driven products and solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models to address business needs and enhance product functionality.
• Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets, both structured and unstructured, to uncover meaningful patterns.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for production environments, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into the companys products and services.
• Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and fine-tune parameters to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in the development of AI-driven applications, including recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and natural language processing tools.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the field of AI/ML, and apply them to enhance our models and systems

Desired & Technical Skills

• 3-5 years of experience working with machine learning and AI technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiar with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, GenAI, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Experience working with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying ML models to production.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex datasets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
