Job Description

Design develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance AI model performance Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG techniques to improve information retrieval and response accuracy Leverage Python frameworks and libraries to build scalable generative AI solutions Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into existing systems Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and prompt engineering to drive innovation Analyze and preprocess large datasets to support AI model training and evaluation

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of prompt engineering workflows tailored to business needs Architect and maintain RAG pipelines ensuring high availability and efficiency Mentor junior team members on best practices in prompt engineering and generative AI Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards in Python development Participate in strategic planning to align AI initiatives with organizational goals Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to generative AI implementations
