Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Shiv Sangam IT Services is looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions including chatbots, AI-driven automation, and a next-generation AI platform that enables clients to build dynamic, AI-powered websites and applications .

This role demands strong hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, LLMs, NLP, and AI frameworks , with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants using LLMs
• Build AI-based automation workflows for business processes
• Develop and enhance an AI-driven platform enabling users to create dynamic websites
• Implement and optimize Prompt Engineering strategies for LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Work on NLP solutions , including voice-based assistants and conversational AI
• Develop predictive analytics and forecasting models
• Implement anomaly detection and fraud detection solutions
• Build and optimize computer vision & image processing pipelines
• Fine-tune and deploy models using TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams for end-to-end AI integration
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready
  

• Strong hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, LLMs & NLP
• Experience with chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and R
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning concepts
• Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
• Knowledge of Predictive Analytics & Forecasting
• Experience in AI-driven process automation
• Hands-on experience with Computer Vision & Image Processing
• Familiarity with model deployment, APIs, and cloud-based AI solutions

• Experience working on AI SaaS platforms or AI products
• Exposure to voice assistants (Siri, Alexa-like NLP systems)
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for AI models
• Understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and security best practices
