Job Description

We are proactively seeking experienced AI Engineers to join our client, for a long-term engagement. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, with strong proficiency in end-to-end machine learning pipelines and modern AI frameworks. The role follows a hybrid model with 3 days onsite in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use cases.
• Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and systems.
• Conduct research on modern AI/ML techniques and propose improvements.
• Develop scalable solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Monitor, maintain, and improve model performance in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 38+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn .
• Hands-on experience deploying models to production environments.
• Experience with data engineering fundamentals (ETL, feature engineering).
• Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, or deep learning architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow , or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native tools (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
